Office Hours
The office is generally in attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays - unless away on prior engagements. Mondays and Fridays the office is “virtual” in the true sense of the word and the best method of contact is via email or leaving a message on the office or mobile phone.
Any changes in business hours, as well as scheduled holidays, will be advised well in advance. We can discuss how best to cover your needs during these times. AKA Virtual PA is a member of an international network of Virtual Assistants, so you can assured there will always be someone to look after you.

Payment of Invoices
Payment terms are upon receipt of invoice. Invoices are itemised and any additional disbursement will be charged to the client. As this business is “virtual” by it’s very nature, any travel time away from my office will be additional and itemised on the invoice also.
Monthly Retainer Packages are payable prior to commencement of work and will be billed a week before the following month. Retainers are in place for a minimum of 3 month and 30 days notice is required for any changes made.
Preferred mode of payment is EFT. Banking details are:

Other methods include cheque, cash or credit card. Credit Cards do however, incur additional charges, so please contact me if this is your preferred method of payment.

What is discussed in our work together is kept completely confidential and any information collected during our working time remains the property of you, the client.
No information will ever be passed on to a third party.
